Bloesem Kids | Instagram Mommies Klodid

I think it’s important to take many pictures of your children while they are growing up, so they have something to look back on when they are older. My own mom tells me how she put in so much effort to taking photos and organizing albums for me (I’m the first child) but she really dropped the ball when it came to my brother and she feels bad for that. But I have to admit it was harder back then without camera phones and instagram.

One mommy whose kids will have plenty of fun photos to looks back on is the talented San Francisco Bay Area Photographer on instagram, who goes by the name Klodid. I can’t help but go “Awwww” when i look at her kids having fun in the pictures, especially the recent ones taken around Christmas time. ~Zara S.

This is a great reminder to keep taking photos! We’ve started the 1 second a day project where you try to take a video every day and then combine them into a 6 min video at the end of the year. It was more like one second a month by the end of last year, but it was such a lovely record of my kids’ year that I’m going to try harder to keep it up this time :)

That’s such a great idea Rachel! Thanks for sharing. Hopefully other moms can get inspired by you too :)
