Tranquil Telunas

Finding a place to relax and let your mind wander can sometimes be tricky when you stay in the heart of a bustling city like Singapore, so while my parents were visiting we made a special trip down to the Telunas Resorts just 3 hours from here. Together with my parents, and our friends and their children, we made our way over to what looked like paradise from google images. We were not disappointed. The clear waters, the nature and being with family made for the perfect time away. Top it off with the amazing sunrises and sunsets and I can tell you that this was a truly unforgettable trip

The private island of Telunas was everything we needed for a short getaway to regroup and take a much needed break from everything that was going on. Though the adults were contented with simply being in the beautiful resort with the blue waters and amazing light that came with every sunrise and sunset, the 5 little guys that tagged along would definitely not have survived the trip without activities to keep them occupied.

If you’re thinking about traveling there with kids do not fear because their list of activities available on the island will definitely keep even the most energetic of beach-goers occupied. You’ll find everything from kayaking to fishing and even a tour of the Mangrove.

The mornings were a time where I got out my camera while everyone was asleep and had a moment to myself to capture the beauty of the place we were in.
