We had cake with Bosch!
Great food, amazing people and beautiful photography – you know what that means, right? Yes, it was yet another fun class with our friends from Bosch three weeks ago. This time, we were accompanied by Rie Yamasaki a.k.a Happyhomebaker on Instagram, and it was so nice meeting her (and tasting her delightfully light financier and chiffon cakes). The display of cakes were baked to perfection with Bosch’s Series 8 Ovens and its PerfectBake sensor that kept the treats moist.
Along with Rie, we also invited our favourited Malaysian Instagrammer and all around talent, Trisha Toh, who we have worked with before, to be a guest teacher for this special session of the Bosch x Bloesem classes. When 2 foodie geniuses come together, amazing things are bound to happen and we saw and smelt that right in the Bosch Experience Centre.
We always love hanging out with our students and learning more about them, but the most fulfilling part of our Saturday was watching them apply their newly-learned skills to plate and style the baked desserts so beautifully. You might have some doubts when we say that they’re exceptionally fast learners, but we think having these tempting food around them does motivate them! Guess we just learn better when we are inspired, right?
And of course, time passes a lot faster when you’re having fun, so the 3-hour class ended far sooner than we’d have liked. But don’t worry, because we’ve got plenty more to offer, and if you’d like to join us, head over to the Bloesem Shop for more information! P/S, check out #bloesemclass to see what you missed out on, you won’t need convincing after!
